Simple definitions for every term you might see in your Revora system.

A

A2P (Application-to-Person) A registration that lets businesses send text messages legally. Phone carriers (like AT&T and T-Mobile) require this. Think of it like a license to send business texts. AI Bot The automated assistant that sends and replies to text messages for you. It reads messages, understands them, and writes back — all without you lifting a finger. Automation A set of rules that run in the background. For example: “When a lead replies, move them to the ‘Replied’ stage.” These are pre-built by Revora. Do not change them.

B

Bot Short for AI Bot (see above). Buffer Time A break between appointments on your calendar. If you have a 15-minute buffer, there will always be at least 15 minutes between calls. Bulk Action An action that applies to many contacts at once — like importing a CSV file or adding a tag to 100 contacts.

C

Campaign (A2P) Part of the A2P registration process. A “campaign” describes the type of messages you’ll send. Required for SMS compliance. Contact A single person in your system. Each contact has a name, phone number, and other information. Conversation A text message thread between your AI (or you) and a lead. Found in the Conversations tab. CSV A type of spreadsheet file (Comma-Separated Values). Used to import lists of contacts into the system. Custom Field An extra piece of information on a contact (beyond the basics like name and phone). Examples: Lead Score, Lead Tier, Property Address.

D

Dashboard The main screen that shows your key metrics — like how many leads were contacted, how many replied, and how many calls were booked. DND (Do Not Disturb) When a lead asks to stop getting messages. The system marks them as DND and will not send them any more texts. This is automatic and required by law. DTA (Direct-to-Agent) The Revora system for reaching out to real estate agents. The AI contacts agents, qualifies them, grades them (A/B/C), and manages follow-up. DTS (Direct-to-Seller) The Revora system for reaching out to property sellers. The AI contacts sellers, qualifies them, and books calls for you.

E

EIN (Employer Identification Number) A number from the IRS that identifies your business. Needed for A2P registration.

F

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) Question-and-answer pairs you add to your AI’s knowledge base. These help the AI give better responses to common questions. Field Mapping When importing a CSV, you match each column in your file to the right field in the system (like matching “Phone” in your file to “Phone” in GHL). Filter A way to narrow down your contact list or conversation list to show only specific results. Follow-Up A message sent to a lead who hasn’t responded yet. The AI handles follow-ups automatically based on the schedule.

G

GHL (GoHighLevel) The platform where your Revora system lives. It’s a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool built for businesses. Grade (A/B/C) In the Agent System (DTA), agents are graded based on how investor-friendly they are:
  • Grade A: Very investor-friendly, understands off-market deals
  • Grade B: Good agent, responsive, but more MLS-focused
  • Grade C: Some interest, not actively bringing deals

K

KPI (Key Performance Indicator) A metric that shows how well something is performing. Examples: reply rate, calls booked, deals closed. Knowledge Base The collection of information your AI uses to answer questions. Includes FAQ entries and any training documents you’ve added.

L

LC Phone (LeadConnector Phone) The phone system built into GoHighLevel. This is where your text messages are sent from and where messaging costs are billed. Lead A potential customer or business partner in your system. In the Seller System, leads are property owners. In the Agent System, leads are real estate agents. Lead Score A number (0-100) showing how interested or valuable a lead is. Lead Tier A category based on the lead score: Hot, Warm, Nurture, or Cold. LeadConnector The mobile app for GoHighLevel. Download it to manage your system from your phone.

M

Merge Field A placeholder that gets replaced with real data. For example, {{contact.first_name}} becomes “John” when the message is sent.

N

Notification An alert you receive when something happens — like a lead replying or booking a call. Can be sent via email, mobile push, or desktop. Nurture A long-term follow-up strategy for leads who aren’t ready yet. The AI keeps in touch over time until they’re ready to engage.

O

Opportunity A deal or lead that’s being tracked through your pipeline. Each opportunity represents one potential transaction. Opt-Out When a lead sends “STOP” or asks to stop receiving messages. The system automatically respects this. Outreach The first message the AI sends to a new lead. This is the initial contact.

P

Pipeline A visual board that shows where each lead is in your process. Leads move from left to right as they progress through stages (like a conveyor belt). Pipeline Stage A specific step in your pipeline. Examples: “Outreach Sent,” “Replied,” “Call Scheduled,” “Under Contract.” Push Notification A notification that pops up on your phone. Requires the LeadConnector app.

Q

Qualification The process of figuring out if a lead is a good fit. The AI asks questions to determine if the lead is worth your time.

R

Reply Rate The percentage of leads who responded to the AI’s outreach. Calculated as: (Replies ÷ Outreach Sent) × 100.

S

Skip Tracing A service that finds phone numbers and other contact information for property owners. You upload property records and get back phone numbers you can import into Revora. SMS Short Message Service — a text message. This is the main way your AI communicates with leads. Smart List A saved group of contacts that automatically updates based on filter rules. Example: “All contacts added this week with a reply.” Stage See Pipeline Stage.

T

Tag A label you can add to a contact to organize them. Examples: “Hot Lead,” “Grade A,” “Imported 01/15.” Trigger An event that starts an automation. Example: “When a contact replies” is a trigger that might start the qualification workflow.

W

Widget A box on your dashboard that shows a specific metric (like “Outreach Sent” or “Reply Rate”). Workflow A series of automated steps that happen when a trigger fires. Example: When a lead replies → AI reads the message → AI responds → Contact moves to “Replied” stage. These are pre-built by Revora. Do not modify them.
